Transtar 6311 SCAT Wax and Grease Remover is a specially formulated solvent blend designed for lifting and removing wax, silicone, grease, and oil. SCAT creates a light etching action that improvise paint adhesion. NOTE: Due to regulations and restrictions of the item's volume exceeding 1 gallon or more, the item cannot be shipped to the state of California.
